Leadership Team

Principal

Martin McElroy specializes in facility management strategies, organization and work processes, and is the chief architect of the “Blueprint for Facilities Excellence”. Martin is educated in architecture (University of Michigan), learning theory (Wayne State University) and the management of professional service firms (Harvard University) and is accredited in communications consulting (Public Relations Society of America) and corporate real estate (CoreNet — ACR). His interest in how clients use and operate their buildings evolved from his early career in project development, design and construction and the formation of clients´ expectations about the performance of real property assets.

Senior Consultants

Roderick Moore, Senior Consultant, specializes in service contract procurement and process development. Rod has an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and a Master´s degree from Lawrence Technological University, both in architecture. Rod is a certified Six-Sigma Greenbelt and is currently pursuing his MBA from Lawrence Technological University. He has extensive experience as a program manager serving Ford Motor Land, DTE Energy and Henry Ford Hospital.

Thomas Frattarelli, Senior Consultant, specializes in operational process auditing and improvement and process documentation. He is educated in business management at Wayne State University and has served as facility manager for GM Powetrain HQ and Engineering Center, Ford Motor Land, Oakwood Hospitals is senior consultant. Additional staff assigned for site data acquisition, structure and documentation by is qualified by skill set and location.

Staff / Interns

MartinCompany establishes relationships with co-op programs and placement programs at colleges, universities and community colleges with programs in engineering, construction, facility management and building operations. We recruit seasoned, qualified project associates to support data acquisition, scrub and entry and document management for implementing process controls, CMMS implementation and Service Contract Value Management programs.
